Source Code License Agreement
This Source Code License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between t2consult, a company registered under the laws of Germany, Schleswig-Holstein (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), and the entity or individual accessing or using the source code (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”).

1. Grant of License
1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the source code contained within the .jar files of all Atlassian software applications provided by the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as the “Source Code”).
1.2. This license is granted solely for the purposes of using, maintaining, and supporting the licensed software and does not include the right to modify, distribute, or otherwise create derivative works based on the Source Code, except as explicitly permitted by the Licensor in writing.
2. Restrictions
2.1. The Licensee is expressly prohibited from:
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the software by any means, even if such actions are legally permissible under applicable law.
- Redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Source Code or derived works to any third party.
- Using the Source Code to create competing software or services.
2.2. Any attempt to circumvent technical limitations, obfuscation, or other protective mechanisms applied to the software is strictly prohibited.
3. Ownership
3.1. The Source Code remains the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights to the Source Code or any associated intellectual property.
3.2. All rights not explicitly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Licensor.
4. License Fee
4.1. Access to the Source Code is contingent upon the payment of applicable license fees, as determined by the Licensor.
4.2. The Licensee must remit payment in full prior to obtaining access to the Source Code. Failure to do so will result in the immediate termination of the Agreement.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. The Licensee agrees to treat the Source Code as confidential information and shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
5.2. The Licensee must implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of the Source Code.
6. Termination
6.1. This Agreement is effective as of the date the Licensee first accesses the Source Code and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
6.2. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Source Code in its possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Source Code is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Source Code is error-free or will operate without interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Source Code.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
9.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.
11. Amendments
11.1. The Licensor reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, provided that the Licensee is notified in writing. Continued use of the Source Code following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Severability
12.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By accessing or using the Source Code, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
